Using over 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing of several ranges of steelworkers and punching machines, Kingsland is proud to introduce the NEW KINGSLAND TUBEMASTER, a machine for customers who want fast, accurate, distortion free punching of any shape hole (square, rectangular..etc, which can not be drilled) in square or rectangular tube.
The unit will punch tube from 25 mm to a maximum 150 mm outside dimension on one side, and up to 8M long. (max 7.6m punching) Tubes up to a maximum of 80 mm outside dimension can be punched right through (top and bottom) in 1 hit
The TUBEMASTER can also be executed with an optional shearing and notching station for flat bar and angle.

- See-through work area guard
- Manual gripper and drive assembly
- Automatic positioning unit HK-A1 (optional HK-A3 colour touch control 15")
- Mandrel (tube die) with tube and adjustable holder
- Adjustable table with bottom die block & steel stripper guides
- Conveyor with built-in steel rollers, and vertical positioning guides.
- Automatic tool lubrication unit with 3L oil reservoir.
