HPR Section Bending Rolls
We use heavy steel fabricated frames machined on CNC machining centers to ensure extreme accuracy. Two forming rolls for reduction of flat ends.
Direct drive through planetary gearboxes all three rolls motorized through planetary drive that eliminates complicated transmission systems which are not energy efficient coupled on the rolls bearings & hydraulic motors this way all machine strength is focused on the material to bend.
This technology makes the HACO 3 roll section bending roll one of the best rolls on the market today.
We use off the shelf parts, worldwide available.
We also supply special rolls for certain jobs upon request.
