Kingsland Multi95 Deep Steelworker with 2-AXIS CNC CLAMPMASTER.
It grips the material, moves it to position and punches pre-programmed holes.
Features:
Ideal for heavy base plates.
No marking out required.
Plate is clamped during axis movements and punching cycles.
Distance between holes is always correct.
Especially advantageous is the repeatability accuracy when manufacturing repeat batches
The Clampmaster is a freestanding positioning table for punching plates and flat steel and can be retrofitted to any brand of Steelworker or Punching machine.
HA-A1-001 operator control is very simple and operator friendly to use. Just enter the X and Y-axis co-ordinates and start. There are no G codes to remember, anyone can learn to use this control in a few minutes.
Can be supplied with other tonnage machines or punch only models
